The bottom line is we have hit bottom, you cant borrow any more and spend your way out. Americans need to rebuild savings, recoup equity, the stock market need to rebound, and this cannot be done with more debt because debt is the cause. It's like curing an alcoholic with alcohol. Time to sober up.
