If you are growing tired of the water falling from the sky, and flooding your neighborhood, look at the bright side. Full resivoirs for generating power, irrigation, recreation, and watering your lawn this summer. On the down side, I might not have an excuse not to water this year, requiring to mow more, cutting into my recreation. On second thought...
